Return Policy for Bathroom Vanity Promo (valid until 2/29/12)

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department.  Email:   support@maisonbertet.com to obtain an RMA stating the reason for your return request.  Prior to returning any merchandise you must first receive a written response from Maison Bertet.  If the Return is authorized you will receive an RMA from Maison Bertet instructing you on the steps to take in order to return the merchandise.  Any shipment sent to Maison Bertet without an RMA number will be refused and any and all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the sender. No returns, refunds, credits or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA.

1.)  You must notify Maison Bertet in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise.

2.)  The merchandise must be in perfect (as-shipped) condition.  In the original, undamaged packaging and crating materials.

3.)  You must receive an RMA # from support@maisonbertet.com 

4.)  You will be liable for shipping costs BOTH WAYS.  From Maison Bertet to you and from you back to Maison Bertet.

NOTE:  Promotional Free Shipping only applies if YOU KEEP THE ITEM YOU ORDERED.  If you decide to return it after it has been received YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR ROUND TRIP SHIPPING COSTS.

5.)  There is a 20% Restocking Fee on all returns. 

6.)  Once Maison Bertet receives the item and has inspected to make sure it complies with the Return guidelines a refund will be processed.  Your refund will be effected in the same manner as you made your purchase less the shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee.
